Join us for a nurturing 6-week Baby Massage & Reflexology course designed for babies from birth to pre-crawling.

This gentle, hands-on course will teach you soothing massage and reflexology techniques that you can continue to use at home, helping you feel confident in supporting your baby’s wellbeing long after the course has finished.

Baby massage and reflexology can help to:

–  Support digestion and ease wind, colic and constipation
–  Encourage relief from common discomforts and minor ailments
–  Strengthen the loving bond between you and your baby
