Find support in Sussex
By Sussex Mummies
Motherhood is incredible — but let’s be honest, it can also feel heavy, lonely, and overwhelming at times. At Sussex Mummies, we believe mums deserve just as much care and support as everyone else they look after.
If you’re a mum in Sussex and you’re struggling with your mental health (or simply not feeling like yourself), you are not alone — and there is support available locally.
You’re not weak for needing help
Many mums experience:
- Anxiety or constant worry
- Low mood or postnatal depression
- Birth trauma
- Overwhelm, burnout, or emotional exhaustion
- Feeling isolated or “lost” after becoming a mum
You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable. Reaching out early really does matter.
